Dr. Jeff DiLisi

Jeff is a rare find: a physician-operator with deep experience across health systems, payers, and the emerging healthtech ecosystem — and a proven ability to turn strategy into real-world results.

He most recently served as President & CEO of Roper St. Francis, a $1.5B nonprofit health system in Charleston, SC. There, he led major growth, rolled out Epic across the enterprise, and drove improvements in quality, safety, and financial performance.

Jeff also chairs the board at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, helping guide one of the nation’s largest nonprofit health plans with $13B in revenue across commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage.

With an M.D. and M.B.A., and previous operating roles at VHC Health,  Jeff brings a unique blend of clinical credibility, operational know-how, and boardroom leadership. Jeff has helped our founders navigate physician adoption, win trust inside health systems, and build real traction with physicians and executives alike.
